About us
A brand-new venture for 2025 by its co-founders Julia Wonke and Kate Zamet, Green Lights delivers bespoke PA, administrative and support services to private individuals and small businesses.

Whatever the task, Green Lights offers a unique combination of high-level expertise and extensive experience across our specialties in home and business administration, PA services, building management, art collections and advisory, logistics, events planning and beyond.

Green Lights provides flexibility to suit you. Offering time from a basic hourly rate to tailored packages, plus additional remote work if required. This fully adaptable way of working means no hidden or agency fees, National Insurance contributions or holiday and sick pay. No job is too big or too small and we will always work around you.

Julia Wonke
With over 25 years of experience in business management and client support, Julia brings a practical, efficient approach to administration and organisation. Her work ranges from managing daily household tasks to overseeing home refurbishments.
Her background in film, fashion, and property management sharpens her eye for detail. Julia also has expertise in personal shopping and styling, helping clients update their wardrobe or choose
thoughtful gifts.

As fellow board members of a Grade I listed building, Julia and Kate managed daily operations, liaised with agents and provided tailored personal support—from logistics to care needs.
Combining discretion, efficiency and hands-on experience, Julia delivers dependable support that lets clients focus on what matters most.

Kate Zamet
Kate has extensive experience in Visual Arts and Property Management, developing strong skills in administration, planning, and project management. She has run her own gallery, served as an Executive Assistant in London and New York and managed complex inventory and logistics for art installations in both residential and office spaces.
Combining versatility, experience and discretion, Kate is undeniably well-equipped to tackle your daily challenges and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
